By Jan M Berkowitz

It needn't be difficult to change. Change could mean many things . Why does the opportunity of change scare so many people? For many people they don't fear change, nevertheless they are afraid of the project involved to alter. Ah, so it's really potential to deal with change. It's the thinking that precedes the particular change that bothers people and sometimes leads to applying the brakes on the lives with great force that they leave skid marks as they come to a screeching halt in their progress writes Jan M Berkowitz.

Granted some changes that arise in our lives are extremely unexpected. Some changes we expect yet whenever they happen we often find ourselves shocked. Some changes we even attempt to create for ourselves. In all cases it is actually regarding how we handle the change(s) that occur or that we create.

Let's talk about those we would like to create for ourselves. Often times what makes change hard is that resistance piece. Yes, even when we really need to change, we're resistant against it. Why? Well, many reasons exist one huge and important the first is that as humans we just like to have things stay because we presume safe, we're feeling comfortable and we know and prefer that. Oahu is the unknown that creates us think (or higher) about making that change we said we wished to create.

If you find that you want to create lasting change but merely haven't gotten there yet, consider those self same questions. When you have your answers, follow my suggestions below to move forward as soon as you why you feel resistance:
