Here is a diet that I came across online which can help you to lose up to 10 pounds in just three days. It was supposedly created by a former army soldier based on his training during his time in the army. I have tried this diet myself twice now. It's not too drastic and does produce good results. If you repeat this cycle every 4 days, you could lose up to 40 pounds in month. I found that the first 2 days weren't so bad, but by the third day, I felt pretty hungry by the end of the day. If you are a regular coffee drinker, you may experience a dull headache by the end of the third day from caffeine withdrawal. Remember no coffee or tea after the first day, only water.
