In the test study, a group of dieters drank a glass of water before each meal. Over a period of weeks, those that drank the water lost on average 15 pounds more than those who didn't.
I don't believe that water is a new miracle to help people get thin. I believe water worked because of the following. When you drink water before a meal, you will feel fuller, and then eat less food. Water has no fat or calories, and you will be consuming less of those, which could be contained in your food.
